| Mega Tournament gets another Cosmic Winner!
- March 2001 |
The Old Ship at Rochford,
Southend, where Cosmic Video Amusements provides the equipment,
was full of smiles the other evening at the end of another successful
Megatournament. Delighted regular Denise Hird scooped the £1000
1st prize at the end of January's Take 2 competition and is
pictured receiving her cheque from CVA director of operations
Steve Garrett. Also pictured is a smiling Laura Carey receiving
her £200 cheque from operations manager Daren Parmenter
just for being the winning licensee.

Laura said, "This is great!
I get £200 for having happy customers thanks to the Megatournament
and CVA providing us with MAXX touchscreen games, which seems
to become increasingly popular each month with our customers."
Steve Garrett quipped, "CVA are just as happy as these ladies
now that we have become UK distributor for such a fabulous product!
The new Diamond Edition software is really pulling-up-trees! We
are looking forward to the TWO new in-house-tournament games which
I think will drive us on again. |
| "Our industry has been trying for so long
to broaden the player base and Merit megatouch genuinely does
attract a much wider audience especially with the ladies as the
picture proves. By the way mines a pint of best Denise, cheers!"
