Cosmic Video Amusements believes that UK operator buying patterns have altered and that a counter top game on a stylish stand is now viewed as a multi purpose alternative to an upright. With that effect, it has developed a stand for the new Merit Elite Edge entertainment touchscreen, the Edge Terminal. This black and chrome unit has cut out blue neon lights within the vertical chrome front support, complimenting the concealed lighting of the Elite Edge machine. Managing director John Farrington commented: "We think that this new combination offering will open new location doors and allow coin-op equipment into historically no go areas."
